1. Characteristics
1.1 KLW6LM (A) type methane alarm miner's lamp (her-
einafter referred to as miner's lamp) takes manganic
acid ion accumulator as power supply, adopting LED
cold light source lighting.It is the portable type light
fitting under the mine that will automatically alarm
when the density of methane overrun. It has charac-
teristics of small, light and free of maintenance etc.
1.2 It adopt high duty white light LED light source, with
characteristics of vibration and shock resistance, high
photoelectric transferring efficiency, long continuous
lighting time and long life etc.
1.3 This type of miner's lamp has dual functions of lighting
and methane overrun alarming. It will automatically
and continuously detects the environment when
operating under the mine. When the density of methane
reaching the set alarming range,it adopts flare light
alarming type to prompt the operator to take necessary
preventive measures, to avoid and stop the explosion
accident caused by methane.
2. Working conditions requirements
2.1 Suitable in gas mine and the general mine, also used in
the places where need movable lighting;
2.2 Ambient temperature: -20℃~+40℃;
2.3 Relative humidity: ≤98RH;
2.4 Airspeed： ≤8m/s。
